How May We Help You?

We offer many different options to help care for your pet!

Yearly Wellness Exams

It is recommended that all pets receive a yearly wellness exam by a Veterinarian. Wellness exams allow our veterinarians to detect problems and diseases that might go undiagnosed otherwise, including heart murmurs, tumors, enlarged organs, cataracts, ear infections, ear mites, dental disease, skin issues, allergies and more.

Dental Cleanings

Dental health is a very important part of your pet’s overall health, and dental problems can cause, or be caused by, other health problems. Our dental cleanings include pulling of infected teeth, removal of tarter, and polishing of all the teeth. An oral/health exam is required up to 6 months before dental procedure.

Vaccines

To protect your pet from contagious diseases, keep his/her essential vaccinations up-to-date. This is important even if your pet is kept mostly indoors. Boarding kennels, dog parks, veterinary clinics and grooming salons are all areas where your pet is likely to be exposed to contagious diseases. Keep in mind that vaccinations take a few days to a few weeks to become effective.

Cold Laser

Laser therapy is the application of a coherent light. This type of therapy is a holistic, non-invasive, effective way to treat and manage many chronic conditions, like arthritis. The laser stimulates tissue regeneration. It also reduces inflammation in areas so that healing can begin.

General Surgery

We preform general surgeries such as spays, neuters, growth removals, biopsies, medical shave downs, and much more! Each patient is required to have a health exam before their surgery.

Chiropractic / Accupunture

End Of Life Services

We understand how hard it is to make that end of life decision for your pet. We at LVC will talk you through the process to make your beloved pets end of life experience as peaceful as possible. Private Cremation is offered for aftercare of all patients.

Dr. Jessie Hennessy provides a great alternative care method. Being certified in both animal chiropractic and acupuncture, she is able to blend eastern and western medicine, giving patients the best care possible. Animal Chiropractic focuses on the preservation of health by restoring normal movement, improving joint mechanics and soft tissue function. When an adjustment is preformed, this normalizes the neurologic system which facilities optimal healing.

Radiology and In-House Blood Lab

Our digital x-ray machine allows us to better diagnose and treat sick and injured pets. It produces high quality images within seconds. Radiographs can typically be performed during your pets appointment.

We also take radiographs for certification programs such as OFA.

Our in-house blood lab gives LVC the ability to perform important and potentially life-saving blood tests in a matter of 30 minutes or less! We have the capability to customize tests to your pets specific needs to get the most accurate diagnoses. In addition to out in-house lab, we can send samples to our reference lab for a wider array of tests.

Ultra Sounds / Echocardiograms

We work in combination with Imaging4Pets to offer comprehensive ultrasounds and echocardiograms right in our office. We are fortunate to have this prompt and advanced service for critical patient needs.
